Cancellation Policy:
Please allow 6 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. When booking appointments please allow 24 hours cancellation notice to avoid a 50% charge.
Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your Spa appointment to allow adequate time to change and decompress. Please keep in mind that each treatment is scheduled precisely and will end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
Loss or Damage:
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables in your safe in your room during your visit. We also recommend that you remove your jewelry as you will be asked to do so prior to your treatment and will prevent loss or damage to your valuables.
Health Conditions:
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries, which could affect your service when making your spa reservation.
Please Note:
Guests of the Linden Spa must be at least 16 years old.
