The day of relaxation begins with a Gingerbread Spice Body Dessert, an invigorating and warming blend of botanicals to exfoliate and deeply hydrate sensitive winter skin. Next, revitalize the skin just in time for the social circuit with a Holiday Hydrating Facial. Treat feet and hands to the pampering finishing touch of Mistle-Toes and Tips Manicure & Pedicure that includes exfoliating and luxuriously moisturizing masks. The package is approximately four hours of bliss for $475.
Experience idyllic balance with an calming (yin) and energizing (yang) journey lasting four days with the Yin-Yang Yoga Retreat. The experience includes twice daily yoga sessions, daily seminars, and a cooking demonstration. The retreat also includes a Ying-Yang spa treatment, during which invigorating geranium and crushed grape seeds buff the skin, increasing circulation and stimulating energetic flow within the body. Balance is achieved with soothing warm compresses and a lavender massage. This herbal poultice is then used to deliver soothing warmth and therapeutic botanicals deep into the muscles utilizing a unique kneading massage technique used in centuries past on warriors returning to their homelands. The herbal poultice massage is combined with balancing pressure points and potent aromatherapy oils, creating an exquisite healing experience like no other. Choose from a Detoxifying Blend including Lemongrass, Rosemary and Ginger or a Relaxing Blend of Sweet Basil, Jasmine, and Lavender. This treatment lasts 80 minutes and costs $185.
