Cancellation Policy:
Please allow 6 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. When booking appointments please allow 24 hours cancellation notice to avoid a 50% charge. Loss or Damage:
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables in your safe in your room during your visit. |
Please arrive between 15 and 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you can change into a robe and slippers provided to you by the spa. This will also allow you time to enjoy our steam and relaxation rooms.
We also recommend that you remove your jewelry as you will be asked to do so prior to your treatment and will prevent loss or damage to your valuables. |
