The Story of the Linden Spa
THE LINDEN SPA, an exquisite 6,000 sq ft Colonial Revival style building, will be opening soon at The Inn at Perry Cabin. The name for the new spa was a natural! The moment Shoshana Weinberg, Spa Development Manager for Orient-Express Hotels, entered the long driveway leading to The Inn at Perry Cabin, the gracious row of linden trees 'spoke' to her. "I was born and raised in Maryland, so I'm familiar with the history of the linden tree and I've always loved it for its countless therapeutic uses. In fact, it was the healing properties of the linden and the many other herbs and plants in The Inn's gardens that influenced the botanical nature of our philosophy for the spa and its treatments." |
