The Fine Print |
All space is subject to venue rental fees. In order to reserve function space for your wedding or social event, The Inn at Perry Cabin does require a minimum commitment to number of guest rooms to be reserved and deposited. The Hotel Events Manager can provide you with the special number of guest rooms required for your desired venue.
In order to reserve space for more than 80 guests, The Inn requires a complete buyout of all 80 guest rooms so as to ensure privacy for you and your guests and to avoid blocking water views for non-wedding guests. There is an "Exclusive Use" Information guide available if interested.
Deposit
A $6,000 non-refundable event deposit is required to hold a date for a wedding. This deposit will be applied as a credit toward your catering costs. All guest rooms are subject to a one night deposit at the time of signing the contract. Final payment is required upon departure.
Guarantee
Guarantee of attendance must be submitted by 2pm ten business days prior to your event. This guarantee is not subject to reduction. In the event a guarantee is not received, The Inn at Perry Cabin will charge for the maximum number of guests denoted on the banquet contract. This count is not subject to reduction after this date.
Service Charge
A 22% gratuity service charge and applicable sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage. A 15% administrative fee is applied to all outside vendors charged to the Master Account.
