Dinner and Demo Nights at The Inn at Perry Cabin Enjoy an evening of great company and terrific food and wine within a setting that blends a private dining room with a classroom setting as Chef Mark Salter demonstrates a three-course meal.
Dinner and Demo events will begin a 6 pm with a tasting of wine as Chef Mark Salter introduces the evening's menu. Guests will have the opportunity to savor a delicious menu as it is demonstrated course by course before their eyes on the stunning Viking range. Hotel Sommelier and Director of Food and Beverage, Thad Hoy will select wines to accompany each course. The evening will progress through three courses; well seasoned with plenty of banter between Chef Salter and his guests.
Dinner and Demo nights are offered every Wednesday evening from January 7, 2009 through to March 25, 2009. Cost is $75 per person, ($100 per person including selected wines with each course) taxes and gratuities not included.
Wednesday Demo nights can be combined with accommodations (room rates starting at $190 per night.) Reservations required as space is limited. Some blackout dates apply. |
