Executive Chef Greg Brandberg brings his passion for seasonally fresh cuisine with unique presentation and sophisticated flavors and textures to the celebrated Sherwood’s Landing restaurant at The Inn at Perry Cabin.
Featuring regional cuisine highlighting the surrounding Chesapeake Bay, guests will be delighted by dishes such as a Tasting of Local Tomatoes - featuring hummingbird and Cottingham farm tomatoes, sheep’s milk ricotta and rosemary lavash and Roasted Wild Rockfish with artichoke barigoule, baby carrot and meyer lemon vinaigrette.
Rising through the ranks, Brandberg most recently honed his culinary skills at Steven Starr’s famed Morimoto in Philadelphia, PA where he was responsible for the kitchen operations for Iron Chef Morimoto’s signature restaurant. He also has worked under the direction of James Beard Winners, Chef Lidia Bastinach and Chef Michael Schlow.
