Current Open Positions, as of June 12, 2009:
FT SEASONAL BANQUET SERVER – Responsible for serving our guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Will maintain buffet set-ups and complete all assigned duties. Previous experience in a banquet setting desirable. Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, lift 50lbs. and work a flexible schedule including day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
ON CALL BANQUET SERVER - Candidate will assist in all types of banquet functions. Previous experience desirable. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with guests, lift 50lbs. and work a flexible schedule including day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
FT LEAD LINE COOK - Previous experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel required. Must know all areas of main line; be able to communicate information regarding food and beverage effectively to co-workers; must be flexible to work AM and PM shifts; must be able to work without supervision; High school diploma preferred; those with formal culinary training will be given priority.
FT/PT HOSTESS-SEASONAL (Restaurant) - Candidate must have: excellent communication skills (written and verbal); be neatly groomed; be able to stand and walk for long periods of time; be comfortable interacting with guest and employees on a continuous basis; be organized and able to work without constant supervision; must be flexible with scheduling; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
